Six Petals Rafflesia

Original photo and idea came from a news I read on Kompas. ((the news is in Bahasa btw))

Summary : a six-petals Rafflesia flower bloomed in a forest on Bukit Barisan, Bengkulu, Sumatra. Naturally, it attracted the tourists since the blossom of a Rafflesia flower was already rare, let alone a six-petals Rafflesia flower (usually, Rafflesia has five petals, as you might have seen in books).

Then I remember the Hululu in the penguin cage in a zoo in Japan. "Why don't I draw something based on that?" I asked myself.

So I put Fresia-chan near the Rafflesia flower, posing cutely while making "6" with her fingers, referring to the amount of the petals. However, since I am not good on re-drawing the whole photo (not mentioning that there was a person capturing the image of the flower in the photo, which must be excluded), I just took some parts from the photo, adding Fresia-chan, and finish most of them by adding dots. Always wanted to try pointilism at least once so I did (o>/////<)o
